Help with Booblie and your label orders
How can we help?
Email support@booblie.com with a description of the problem. For an order question, include the order number but never send payment-card details.
Scanning a label
Open Booblie, tap the scan button, and point the camera at a Booblie QR label. Camera access must be enabled in iPhone Settings.
Storage reminders
Reminder dates are general organization guidance. Notification access must be enabled for Booblie in iPhone Settings.
Account and data
Open Settings in Booblie to export your data, sign out, or permanently delete your account.
Printed-label orders
Paid label orders are processed within two business days, excluding weekends and US federal holidays. Carrier shipping and delivery time are additional. Open Orders in Booblie to see the current status and tracking information.
