Information we collect

We collect account details such as your email address and first name; settings such as your preferred volume unit; milk records you create; and printed-order details such as immutable label snapshots, order status, and shipping information.

QR codes contain only an opaque Booblie bag URL and UUID. They do not contain milk details, account information, shipping data, or payment data.

If you allow optional analytics, we collect limited website usage information such as pages viewed, resource type, general device and browser information, and interactions with resource tools and calls to action. We do not send exact calculator amounts, milk dates, infant details, or bag identifiers to Google Analytics.

How we use information

We use your information to authenticate you, display and update your milk inventory, create and reprint labels, fulfill printed-label orders, provide customer support, secure the service, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication and data storage. Stripe processes one-time payments, collects US shipping addresses, calculates applicable tax, and sends payment receipts. Booblie does not store full payment-card details.

Google Analytics processes optional website usage analytics after you provide consent. You can decline analytics or reopen Analytics choices from the website footer.

We disclose information to service providers only as needed to operate Booblie or fulfill an order, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and tracking

Booblie uses essential session storage and cookies needed to keep you signed in and operate the service. With your permission, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser storage to measure website usage. Booblie disables Google signals and advertising-personalization signals in its Analytics configuration and does not use advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising.

Security and retention

We use access controls designed to keep milk records and orders available only to their owner or an authorized administrator. No system is completely secure. We retain information while your account is active and as needed for fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or other legal obligations.

Your choices

You can update your volume unit, export your account data, or request account deletion from Settings. A completed order may be retained where required for business and legal records. You can also contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion.

Children and updates

Booblie is not directed to people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their account information. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change; the date above will show the latest revision.
